Dawn Malek Named Director, Human Resources
Merchants Insurance Group has promoted Dawn Malek to Director, Human Resources.
Under her new title, Dawn Malek will be responsible for Employee Relations, provide strategic direction to Human Resources, coordinate the company’s Wellness Program, and oversee benefits, payroll, and HR technology.
Dawn joined Merchants in 2019 as Benefits Manager and most recently served as Senior Manager, Benefits, HRIS, & Payroll.

Merchants Announces Four Officer-Level Promotions
Dawn’s promotion is one of four internal officer-level promotions made at the company this month.
