Merchants Continues Support for Walk to End Alzheimer’s
On Saturday, September 28, 2024, a group of Merchants colleagues joined fundraising teams from all over Western New York to participate in the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
The Buffalo walk is one of more than 600 annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s events held around the nation, making this the largest event to support Alzheimer’s awareness and fundraising in the world!
This year, almost 2,000 participants from over 300 teams from the Western New York region participated in the 2-mile walk around the Buffalo’s Outer Harbor.
Special thanks to Michael Alessandra (Assistant Vice President – Internal Audit) for once again organizing Merchants’ sponsorship and participation in this great event for an important cause!
